All products are shipped using reputable carriers based on availability, delivery speed, and cost. Amazing Garage Floors may substitute a different carrier or shipping service at our discretion to expedite your delivery while maintaining the same shipping cost you were originally charged.

Local Pickup Policy

Local pickup is available only for products stocked at our warehouse.
If your order includes products that are not eligible for local pickup (i.e., shipped directly from our manufacturers) but you select local pickup at checkout, our team will contact you to arrange shipment.

In such cases:

• You will be required to pay the actual shipping cost for those items.

• A $50.00 convenience fee will also be added to cover the additional administrative time required to manually generate and process a separate shipping invoice.

Failure to complete this payment in a timely manner may result in delays or cancellation of your order.

Manufacturer-Direct Shipments

Certain products are shipped directly from our manufacturers to you. Shipping times for these items may vary depending on inventory and location. Amazing Garage Floors is not liable for delays caused by carriers or manufacturers but will always work to resolve shipping issues promptly.
