1. General Policy

All returns are subject to the terms below and must be approved by Amazing Garage Floors before any product is shipped back to us. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with this policy.

2. Condition of Products

Only unopened, unused, and in resalable condition products are eligible for return.

• No opened products are eligible for return, refund, or credit under any circumstances.

• Products showing signs of use, tampering, damage, or alteration will be rejected and no refund will be issued.

3. Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are fully responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning products to Amazing Garage Floors.

• We do not provide prepaid return labels.

• Original shipping charges are non‑refundable.

• We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as you bear the risk of loss or damage in transit on all returns.

4. Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee based on the product purchase price (excluding shipping and taxes).

• This fee covers inspection, handling, and restocking costs.

• The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

5. Refund Timing and Method

Refunds are only issued after:

• The product has been received by Amazing Garage Floors,

• The product has been inspected and confirmed to meet all return conditions in this policy.

Once approved, refunds will:

• Be processed to the original form of payment used for the purchase.

• Exclude original shipping charges.

• Be reduced by the 25% restocking fee and any other applicable charges disclosed in this policy.

If the returned items do not meet our return criteria (for example, they are opened or used), no refund will be issued and the product will not be sent back unless you arrange and pay for return shipment from our facility.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non‑returnable:

• Any product that has been opened, used, mixed, or partially consumed.

• Any product not in its original packaging or missing original components.

• Any product marked as final sale or otherwise designated as non‑returnable at the time of purchase.

7. Return Authorization Process

Before shipping any product back, you must:

• Contact us using the information on our Contact page to request a return authorization.

• Provide order details and product information we request so we can verify eligibility.

Unauthorized returns, returns sent without prior approval, or returns sent to the wrong address may be refused or significantly delayed, and Amazing Garage Floors will have no obligation to issue a refund for such shipments.

8. Policy Changes

Amazing Garage Floors may update or modify this Return Policy at any time, at our sole discretion, by posting the revised version on our website. Any changes will apply to purchases made after the revised policy is posted.
