By purchasing, handling, or using any products sold by Amazing Garage Floors (“Products”), you agree to the terms of this Product‑Use Notice. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use our Products.

1. No Installation or Safety Advice

All information we provide (online, in marketing materials, by phone, or by email), including coverage rates, application instructions, surface preparation guidelines, and troubleshooting tips, is general information only and does not constitute professional, technical, engineering, or safety advice. You are solely responsible for determining whether any Product, system, or method is suitable for your specific project, site conditions, and local codes or regulations.

2. Customer Responsible for Proper Use

All Products must be selected, stored, mixed, applied, and cured strictly in accordance with:

• The manufacturer’s current technical data sheets and safety data sheets (SDS).

• All label instructions and warnings.

• All applicable laws, regulations, building codes, and safety standards in your area.

It is your sole responsibility to review and follow all such instructions and requirements before use. Any deviation, modification, or misuse is entirely at your own risk.

3. Hazardous Materials and Safety Precautions

Many Products may contain chemicals that can cause serious bodily injury, property damage, or environmental harm if not handled correctly. This may include, without limitation, risks related to skin and eye irritation, respiratory hazards, flammability, and slip‑and‑fall conditions.

You are solely responsible for:

• Providing and using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including, where applicable, gloves, eye protection, respirators, and protective clothing.

• Ensuring adequate ventilation and safe work practices during surface prep, mixing, application, and curing.

• Keeping Products away from children, pets, ignition sources, and incompatible materials.

Failure to follow proper safety procedures is at your own risk and may result in injury or damage for which Amazing Garage Floors has no responsibility.

4. Surface Conditions, Preparation, and Performance

Substrate condition, moisture levels, preparation methods, contaminants, and environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, etc.) are critical to the performance of any coating or flooring system. We do not control your jobsite or installation conditions.

You are solely responsible for:

• Testing and confirming that the substrate and environment are suitable for the chosen Product and system.

• Performing any required moisture, adhesion, or compatibility tests.

• Ensuring proper surface preparation, repair, and cleaning before application.

Any failure, peeling, bubbling, discoloration, or performance issue resulting from improper prep, application, conditions, or use is your responsibility, not ours.

5. No Guarantee of Specific Results

Because we have no control over jobsite conditions, preparation, mixing, application methods, coverage thickness, cure times, or subsequent use and maintenance, we do not guarantee or warrant any specific performance or outcome of any installation or project.

Any examples, photos, or descriptions of finished floors or projects are illustrative only and do not constitute a promise or guarantee that you will achieve the same results.

6. Use at Your Own Risk; Limitation of Liability

All Products are used at your sole risk. By purchasing and using our Products, you agree that:

• Amazing Garage Floors shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, expense, injury, or claim of any kind (including property damage, personal injury, loss of use, loss of profits, or any other consequential, incidental, or special damages) arising out of or related to the selection, handling, storage, installation, use, misuse, or inability to use our Products, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, your exclusive remedy for any claim relating to a Product is limited to the purchase price paid for that Product.

7. Customer Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Amazing Garage Floors, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your selection, installation, or use of the Products.

• Your failure to follow manufacturer instructions, safety warnings, or applicable laws and codes.

• Any injury or damage to third parties or property in connection with your project.

8. No Modification of Manufacturer Warnings or Warranties

Many Products are shipped directly from manufacturers and may be subject to their own warranties, disclaimers, and safety instructions. Amazing Garage Floors does not modify or expand any manufacturer’s warranty or safety information. In all cases, the manufacturer’s instructions and limitations control.
